By focusing on proper alignment, control, and technique, you’ll build a stronger foundation that translates into every class you take. Sometimes slowing down is exactly what helps you level up!

Almost 30 classes in and I’m officially obsessed. Coming in as a newbie with a weakened core from postpartum I was hesitant at first but the instructors made sure we felt supported every step (and shake) of the way. Big shoutout to my early morning instructors!
